The Angel Fire Fire Department serves the Village of Angel Fire, New Mexico, a mountain resort community in Colfax County. Its mission is to preserve and protect lives and property from the adverse effects of fires or exposure to dangerous conditions, to provide high-quality care for medical emergencies, and to protect citizens through proactive education, prevention, and response.
The Chief of Fire and EMS enforces the Village's Fire Code (International Fire Code, 2021 edition) and, in partnership with the State Fire Marshal's Office, conducts business fire inspections alongside public-education programs.
