The Service

Driftsmoke provides a job board that aggregates and organizes fire-service job postings and related information from public sources and user submissions. The Service is provided for general informational purposes. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including introducing new or paid features — at any time and without notice.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any access credentials.

Job listings and third-party content

Listings and other information may originate from third parties or public sources, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Applications and hiring decisions are handled by the relevant departments and employers, not by Driftsmoke. You are responsible for verifying details directly with the source before acting on them.

Your submissions

If you submit content to the Service (for example, a job listing or a message), you grant Driftsmoke a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating, providing, and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and the Driftsmoke name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
