About Aubrey Fire Department

The Aubrey Fire Department protects the city of Aubrey and outlying areas in Denton County, Texas. Established in 1963, the department has grown from a volunteer service into a staffed organization led by a command structure of battalion chiefs and captains.

The department operates from a station at 200 Sycamore Street and delivers both fire suppression and emergency medical services. Its command staff includes a fire chief, an assistant chief, three battalion chiefs, and eight captains.

Beyond emergency response, Aubrey firefighters invest in the community through public education, teaching fire safety in schools and participating in the Aubrey Citizens University program.
