The New London Fire Department provides fire protection to the city of New London, Wisconsin, and portions of the townships of Liberty, Maple Creek, Lebanon, and Mukwa. Beyond fire suppression, it carries a "Jaws of Life" unit, air bags, and other rescue tools for extricating victims of motor-vehicle, farm, and industrial accidents, and provides water and ice rescue using a department boat and ice-rescue sled.
